I am just looking for a good roommate that is an all around level headed, good hearted and down to earth person that is looking to rent out a room for a decent & fair price. I workout alot & have a $10,000 universal gym that takes up about 12ft by 12ft of space that can go or fit in a basement, small room, storage shed, screened in porch, or even a garage. Willing to share whatever I have with whomever I am living with. So, you would have a free gym at home now instead of paying high priced gym
