I am looking for a roommate who has the same level of respect and maturity that I hold in a home setting. That being said, I love to play with animals (am totally okay with other person owning pets) and watching cheesy Hallmark movies. I am just really adamant about no drugs, no wild drinking/partying, no overnight guests. Think of me as an elderly woman. If you can live with an elderly woman who has a good sense of humor, then we'll be a good pair.
