House is 3 bedrooms / 2.5 bathrooms- fenced in backyard with a fire pit. Rent is $675 and that covers all expenesss and utilities. Your room is upstairs and is very nice. Me and my current roommate are both young professional in our mid 20’s. We are both very busy and respectful of each others privacy, but occasionally drink some beer while watching sports or playing video games.
