Hi! I am a father so it would need to be ok that my daughter came and stayed overnight as often as possible. I am a clean person, I vape (not inside), no alcohol, no drugs (other than perscription), I would like to have my own TV, own shower/bathroom. I'm looking for quiet, reserved house, ocassionally have people over like 1-2 a month, no cats unless hypoallergenic, somewhere in Bonney Lake to Auburn/Black Diamond. I can fix cars and some remodeling work. Willing to help around the house.
