It's a good house. i'm fixing it up. 2 bed 2 bath, gonna rent the other room out to help me with repairs on the place. i'd prefer a female roommate as they tend to be cleaner and easier to get along with. no drugs, smoking outside. booze is fine so long as you share. i own 100 acres of land surrounding the place. 3 ponds, lots of trees, house was built by my great grandfather and has been refurbished a few times. it's in good condition, but still needs some work. hit me up 469 774 7983.
