Looking for 6 month to 1 year opportunity to "downsize"...save some money...go from there. I am a "middle-aged" (young at heart) single(straight) male...professional/self-employed...generally, "go with the flow" personality...like sports, TV/movies, music (most genres), reading, good conversation, etc. ...social/couple times a week drinker..."same" for smoking (glad to obey any "house rules" on that)...one child, but away at college. Will need a separate phone line/#... will pay for as needed.
