The room for rent is 12'-6" x 13'-0". It is large enough to have a full size or queen bedroom set and still have some space to walk around. If need be, I can furnish the room with the basics (bed with foot board and head board, dresser, mirror, nightstand).The bathroom will be shared with other tenants. The tenant will have access to the most of the house with the exception of the other bedrooms and office. There is a very friendly indoor dog that lives in the house.
