I am a former mental health professional who has recently returned to UTC to further my education. I will have a steady financial aid for the next 3 years, and am in need of a workable housing solution for that time. I am a mature, responsible, person, and I am looking for the same in a roommate. I do not have a car, so will need to be either within walking distance of UTC or within 1/2 mi. of a bus stop. Bedroom needs to be furnished with bed, dresser, and night-stand.
