Private furnished room & bath with additional storage in a hall linen closet. We share the rest the house and yard. labor/rent trade is optional if you wish to save on rent and learn. We clean our areas and split cleaning common areas. Rent/utilities are separate, today about 630$ (450$&180$) deposit $250. My goal is a friendly zero drama environment. I prefer female roommates no fwb simply respectful friends and a business relationship. The house is rural and requires a car. I value honesty, personal boundaries, and stability. I’m not looking for anything chaotic or a partying roommate just a grounded drama free roommate. I enjoy the outdoors; pretty much all outdoor activities and enjoy nature. I am typically working on a project which if you have an interest in trading rent for labor we can discuss that.
