Lesbian couple renting room. The room we are renting and adjoining closet are a good size 12'x11' (132 sq ft), complimented by a nice bay window. The apartment itself is fairly big, 1250 sq ft total, located close to the beach and downtown! The common areas and shared bathroom are kept clean. We are very respectful of privacy and property. Deposit can be paid in full or in payments 30 days after move-in. $25 off 1st months rent if you move in before June 1st!
