Nice new condo in great location close to Burlington, south burlington, Essex , and Winooski. On the bus line, a 5-10 minute drive to downtown. Two level condo with washer and dryer in unit, dishwasher too, and off street parking. Quiet, nice little community and neighbors, respectful and safe. Also have nice outdoor patio. Large park and nature trails within a few minutes” walk. I’m quiet and laid back. I have two cats and I’m tidy and good natured. Love Burlington and the lake.
