Easy to get along with, laid back, have everything needed for someone to live here and very tolerant of most things. Veteran and working professional. Rooms are on opposites sides of one another, we both have our own bathroom. Very spacious place close to malls, 5 minutes from Louisville, 2 minutes from Indiana University SE, 15 minutes from U of L, across the street from grocer and anything you want to eat. Nice area and non-congested. Lived here for 3 years and it's been a great place.
