Summary

I have recently moved back into the area. My children are pretty much grown and living their own lives. I don't mind a roommates child/children part time, but prefer none or older. I play guitar, so someone that is tolerable of me jamming out on my downtime. A fellow musician would be perfect. 420 ok. Overnight guest ok. I keep to myself for the most part, but may have an overnighter occasionally. I have to be at work at 5am, so I would like that to be kept in mind.
