No kids. I do not smoke. I do drink socially. I work 9-5. Month to Month is okay, with a 30 day written notice & a $250 refundable deposit upon move in. We will share a kitchen, living room, dining room, washer\dryer, back yard, garage\driveway. I have FIOS TV w\HD dvr in the living room, but no HD dvr in the bedroom (its just a regular set top box)(Hbo, cinemax, showtime, & all movie channels, Xbox360), High speed wireless internet (with the computer\printer available to use if needed).
