I have a 4 bedroom 2 bath house that I am renting 2 rooms. I have 1 room mate but need one more male romm mate. The bedroom is new hard wood with new paint. House has been totally renovated so its all brand new. Every room is furnished but the bedroom. Rent is 400 a month with a 400 refundable deposit.
