Large Sunny Room that is UNFURNISHED! It looks furnished in the pic but its white now and has none in it. Its a safe area with Ocean Parkway and beach near and F train, N and Q and B a Bus ride away. I have a dog but no pets for tenant, they never clean up after their pets my dog is enough smells. He's a Labradoodle very friendly. I want quiet people that don't smoke I don't share anything in my Kitchen and seek person that doesn't cook much. Bathroom is shared.
