About this household

Good day! Just bought the house, and I'm used to living with people so would like to rent out a rooms. It's a four bedroom house. There are two rooms separate from the other two rooms, which provides privacy for the both of us. I do smoke, but mostly outside. Occasionally inside but would gladly only smoke outside if it is a concern. The kitchen, bathroom, dining room, and living room would be shared areas. As well as the outdoors. It's a very quaint house with a lot of person
