I will be leaving the country for nearly 3 months and have a spare room. It's nice, my roommate (Ben) is very cool, chill. He works mostly afternoons/evenings. The lease start is negotiable. I would like to be back in the room between June 24 and July 1. Comes fully furnished (negotiable), cable/internet included in rent total. Steps away from awesome Wrigleyville nightlife, restaurants, groceries, banks, and CUBS. Close to the lake. We're laid back and not uptight, but aren't slobs either
