I'm a 25 year recent law school grad. I'll only be in Jacksonville for a year to work for a judge. It should be a fair amount of work, so I'd prefer a nice place that's relatively close to downtown with other professionals. I'm new to the area as well, so I'd also like to live in a fun area with friendly roomates, maybe San Marco or Riverside/Avondale. My girlfriend will be working in DC, but she'll stay for visits a couple times a month.
