It's a tri-level house in a very safe, residential neighborhood. On a cul-de-sac, so parking isn't an issue and there's very little street traffic. The house is mostly furnished, with the exception of the bedroom/full bathroom. Large front and back yard, so would have to trade off responsibility of mowing. There's a large deck in the front and patio in the back with furniture and a grill. There's a storage room and garage (which I use, but can be used for storage as well). Rent is negotiable.
