(2nd FLOOR) either we share the bedroom or not. Apartment is near El Con Mall, a good 3 minute drive to there. Convenient stores are located at each corner of closest streets. The apartment itself is gated but vehicles are in open view. It is near the road and passing vehicles may sound LOUD late at night at times. I do have a cat. (Deposits are Cats:$200 deposit fee. Dogs:$250 (if big)) $500 is split between rent, electric, water, trash, and internet. Laundry is $1.50 Wash $1.00
