The apartment itself is gated but vehicles are in open view. It is near the road and passing vehicles may sound LOUD late at night at times. I do have a cat. (Deposits are Cats:$200 deposit fee. Dogs:$250 (if big)) $500 is split between rent, electric, water, trash, and internet. Laundry is $1.50 Wash $1.00
