I'm a grad student in the ULL Biology Dept. I'm looking for a room with private bathroom located in walking/biking distance from ULL. I am 26, male, clean, respecful, friendly, don't smoke and don't have any pet. I don't care if my roommates smoke if they do it outside. I'm willing to pay up to $450 if the room is funrnished, has a washer and dryer machine, and all the utilities are included; if the room isn't furnished and the utilities aren't included, then I'm willing to pay up to $350
