Summary

I am a 25 year old college graduate from Chico State currently working at Starbucks. Looking for a room where I can have a bit of privacy and comfort at a fair price and would adhere to the same for others. I do have my own furniture and a bearded dragon (he stays in his cage pretty much all the time), just need a new place to live! Losing my current roommate Early November. Fairly neat and tidy, don't have friends over, No drugs at all and rare to never usage of alcohol, also non-smoking.
