It is a house. I will be living up stairs and you will have the down stairs to yourself. It is fully furnished. Bathroom is move in ready except for towels. Bedroom is move in ready. Living room is move in ready. and Kitchen is as well even coming with set of new plates, bowls, cups, mugs, ect. The only things we would share is the garage and washer and dryer which is upstairs on my floor, but you will have access to.
