Summary
I'm looking for either a guest house or private entrance if at all possible for privacy and security. I am on disablity - SSI. I would like to have a place that allows 2 cats. I am quiet and dont like drama, I have 2 kids that may visit from time to time, but are not full-time. If utilites can be included that would be great.
