Summary

I am a recently divorced male who has started over in life and is currently a full-time 'A' student in college, a full-time employee, and a part-time dad. As you can tell, I am very busy. I just need a room to sleep in and a backyard for my kids to play in when they are visiting me. A mainly quiet home would help so I can keep getting A's.
