Hello future roommates. I am an easy-going young, immature, but very clean and responsible male. I think that means I'm open and can find myself happy in a variety of situations. I am also athletic, and I try to be more and more outgoing each week. My budget is around $400 - $450. I did find a few places near downtown flag for $300 + utils, and I'm waiting on those guys to decide. I can be 420 friendly (very very friendly), or 420 unfriendly, depending on the established rules of your group.
