I have a town house in the process of construction in Jacksonville on the Southside of town between Atlantic and Beach Blvd. The place is about 1,400 square feet with: 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms(bedrooms upstairs), large living room with dining area and kitchen, washer and dryer, 1 car garage we can add shelves for extra storage space and I have everything for a home. All you would need is you and your stuff:) The rent is $650 with a $600 deposit!
