I'm a grad student at CLU and work full time so I am rarely home. I just need a place closer to school and work (Thousand Oaks and Camarillo). Looking to spend up to about $700. Very easy going, and accept everybody, regardless of their habits, beliefs, etc. I like to have fun (music, clubs, bars, sports, etc).
