The house is on Williams Rd, near Saratoga Ave. House is 4 bedroom and 2 bath so you'll end up having to share a bathroom. The available room is approx 10x11 with light blue carpet and a cable hookup. Utilities are split 4 ways, and run between $100 to $150/month. Rent is $500 and we'll need a deposit of $500. Since the deposit has already been paid to the landlord, we can arrange to make payments on the deposit. You'll have full run of the house.
