I'm 45, self employed work-at-home web designer. I don't drink at all. I smoke but I'm ok with an "outside only" policy if roommates prefer. Looking for a place to live in or near Brockton so I can be near my kids who live with my ex in Brockton. I'm a quiet and laid-back guy, and don't want to be in place where the roomates are wild/noisy party animals... but other than that, I'm completely open-minded about other people's lifestyles.
