I need someone to take over my lease, its a private bedroom in a 2 bedroom unit, luxury apartment at the Griff near OSU. Its 5 minutes away from campus with a bathroom inside of bedroom and a walk-in closet. I really want to find someone between Sept 20th-Oct 1st. Rent is $900 water and internet/cable included, only utility you'll have to pay for is the electric which is split between roommate. There is also a full washer and dryer in the unit, dish washer and the apartment comes fully furnished
