I have a 3 bedroom 1 bath house. Me and my bf share a room. 1 bedroom is an office and the 3rd room will be vacant on or before August 1. We are really easy to get along with. Respect us and we will respect you. We like to have a good time with friends but we dont have company often cause of our work schedules. Rent is a flat $400. It includes all the utilities.
