Summary
I will be moving to the Frederick area within the next few weeks for a new job at Ft. Detrick and am looking for a furnished room nearby. I'm a very neat, clean, and quiet person and as a home owner, myself, would of course be very respectful of you and your property; with this, I neither drink nor smoke. I'm not certain how long I would be renting in the area but can certainly say it would be for a minimum of 1 year.
