I am a 59 year-old very quiet female college professor looking for a female roommate while my husband is overseas for one year. I require very little in the way of furnishings (bed, chair, desk) and do not mind pets, children, shared bathroom. I am a non-smoker, do not cook, and drink perhaps one beer a night.
