I am currently renting a duplex, my roommate is moving out october 11. I am hoping to find a roommate before then or within this next month. I am looking for young woman (like myself) who is christian, a nonsmoker, doesnt drink at home, and has stable employment that can afford $300 a month in rent and half of the utilities cost and half of the cost of basic essentials like toilet paper and papertowel. the duplex is very nice and is pleasant to live in.
