I live on the cul-de-sac in a 4bedroom, 3 bath, three-car garage home, so it is quite quiet. I am 57, retired, live in the home you have your own private bedroom and private bath and garage parking available with full use of the house and amenities . I have been 54 countries love to travel and read books and am quite quiet. Looking for $700 rent, 300 refundable security deposit and$100 non refundable cleaning fee, would prefer a 12 month lease.
