The area I live in is fantastic. There is so much to do within walking distance. You can literally walk somewhere for dinner, walk to Target, or even to the movies. You park in a parking garage w/assigned spots, so you don't have to worry about finding a space or your car overheating in the summer. It's split-plan 2/2, so your bedroom & bathroom are on the opposite side of mine.
