I live in a 2nd floor duplex in a quiet neighborhood in Roseway (NE Portland). It's technically a three bedroom one bathroom, but works much better as a two bedroom with an extra room for work space/spare bedroom/extra storage etc. It's got a good sized living room and kitchen as well. It's the 2nd floor of a duplex with a balcony, plus a yard in back we share with the downstairs neighbors. Rent, which includes water, is 782.50 a month.
