I just moved in about 3 months ago, its an old house built in 1913. so im will be doing upgrades to all sections of the house. im renting out two rooms so if you know anyone. the bathroom has a new sink, shower, and toliet but still needs to be painted and a new window needs to be in place, its tiny!! it was an add on. the bedrooms have new floors and new paint. the kitchen is large with a microwave (no stove just yet). it would be 450 for the small room and 600 for the bigger room.
