I have a room for rent. It has its own bathroom and walk-in closet. You will be the third roommate in this town home. I am a junior and my roommate is a senior. I am extremely studious but love cooking and a great glass of wine. We enjoy a good party but take care of the house. Rental options are to sign a 6 month or 12 month lease with the landlord and there is a $250 security deposit. The landlord is really cool
