Hi, I'm moving to NYC around 20 January. I will begin working soon thereafter and plan to start school in August, hopefully at Pratt or FIT for interior or graphic design (transfer student). I am clean and respectful of others' privacy and expect potential roommates to act similarly towards me. Gatherings are fine to a reasonable extent...no daily parties 'til 6am, no smoking pleeease. I am a student, however, and understand the "need" to party every now and then.
