1 have 2 furnished BR's available in my 3 BR townhouse, which I share with one very spoiled little dog. 2 rooms are available to 1 person at the rate of $850/month. The rooms come with 1 full bathroom. There is also a powder room available for use by all occupants of the house. LR, DR, basement has large capacity Washer/Dryer. MUST LIKE DOGS! The dog is a small border collie mix. He has the full run of the house. If you don't want him in your room, just keep your door closed.
