Single female working at MacDill AFB, needing a room to rent for about 6-7 months. Non-smoker, occasional drinker, mother of one (but child lives with his dad), very respectful and have a minor OCD problem (I like to keep things clean and tidy). Retired from the Air Force and have a great job. Not looking for a party house, not looking to entertain, just peace and quiet. Must have a large washer/dryer. No cats please, wouldn't mind a dog.
