Partially furnished room for rent (FEMALE only) in 3 BR house in Theodore, Alabama. My daughter (27) and myself (47). You would need your own bed and dresser. We're clean but not meticulously so, and we'd like a roommate who is clean as well. We have very well-behaved Rottweiler mix (2 yo); pets OK if not destructive (NR deposit req). HUGE back yard, fenced, big trees. Quiet area, semirural. Please no party animals. Outside smoking only. We're fun and easy to get along with and like to laugh.
