About this household

I live in a very good neighborhood near the hospital. Live upstairs in a very spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Looking for a room mate to fill the spare room. I have AC and high speed internet. Place comes with 1 and a half bathrooms. If you’re not looking to use the high speed internet I can drop the rent a bit. Looking for a cleanly person that cleans up after themselves. I work a lot of hours from 4pm- 2:30am, so I’m not home often, have 2 kids that come over every other weekend. 4 days a month
