Working professional - work 10 to 14 hours a day. I have my own house that I go to on some Wed and all Sundays so I will only be sleeping in your place 4 or 5 nights a week. I will rarely be home at all and I have very deep sleep so I don't get bother easily. I like to think that I am very easy going and open minded. I have had a similar living arrangement in the past and can provide you with references as well as proof of income.
