I'm looking for a place with a non-smoker and generally clean. I don't like to clean up after other people. I would be most comfortable living with a female between the ages of 21 and 30, but honestly it doesn't make much difference to me. Please no parties or loud music. My lease is up 09/29/15, so finding a room is urgent.
