Hi there, I have a 1,500 sq ft. townhome with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bath. I’m loooking for one roommate (leaving the other room open as a guest room). I’m a 31 year-old young professional. Prefer another male roommate. The house is 17 min from RTP, 11 min from the airport, and 7 min from Crabtree Mall. I like to keep my area pretty clean and prefer to find someone who is the same.
