I have a 3 BR, 3 floor house in the medical center. It has 2.5 bathrooms. I have the master BR and I have a part time roommate in one of the BR who is in Houston 1/2 the month working and in LA the rest of the month. The 3rd BR is my gym. My roommate and I have an adjorning Bath between our rooms that he uses and I use the other Bath in the hall. The 3rd floor is one big loft that I am going to be lining plumbing up into in the next month or 2 for a roommate who can share my Bath until done
